Healthy and nutritionally adequate diet is a basic human right and an essential condition for sustainable development, especially in developing countries. Malnutrition is a major public problem, very often neglected, and when neglected may leads to serious consequences. Malnutrition is common in poverty as in wealth, one for the lack of food, the other for the lack of knowledge of food.
